Come explore your cooking prowess at the Sun Valley Culinary Institute! Learn a new skill each day, including knife skills, frying techniques, dry heat cooking methods, and moist cooking methods. At the end of each day, you will put your new skills to the test by creating your lunch! This camp ends with a "Chopped" style experience, where you are given a mystery basket of ingredients to use to create a delicious meal.
